2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are placed online through our website.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
An order is not considered accepted until it has been processed and fulfilled.
We may cancel an order at our discretion at any time prior to shipment.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Sales tax is not included in the listed price. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address, in accordance with applicable laws. We use TaxJar to calculate and apply sales tax where required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through WooPayments and PayPal Payments.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.
We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally.
Domestic carriers may include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.
Customer-Provided Shipping Numbers
Customers located in the United States or Canada may provide their own shipping account number at checkout. This option is not available for international shipments.
International Orders
For international shipments, customers are required to provide a valid Tax Identification Number where required by law. Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, import taxes, or related charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may not be canceled once they have been fulfilled.
To request cancellation prior to fulfillment, customers must email sales@central-surplus.com.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined below.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and unopened.
- A $5 restocking fee applies.
- Domestic return shipping is provided by Central Surplus.
- International return shipping is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return authorization, email sales@central-surplus.com and include:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
8. Product Condition and Descriptions
Central Surplus sells surplus inventory.
All items are sold as is.
Product condition is described to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee that cosmetic condition will match photos exactly.
Photos may not represent the exact item being shipped and may not show minor cosmetic differences.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
9. No Warranty
All products are sold without warranty, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central Surplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Account Registration
Account registration is handled through WooCommerce.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Providing accurate and current information.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Central Surplus, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Your misuse of any purchased product.

By using this website, you agree to waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
